Strong demand for hotels in Cabo is expected to remain steady due to multiple events expected to take place in the Mexican beach town throughout the month. This has resulted in average rates per night for Los Cabos hotels staying above $400. Despite bad weather and an earthquake that occurred near San Jose del Cabo this weekend, the first major fishing tournament of the season, which traditionally kicks off Los Cabos’ high season, was able to take place. These high-profile events tend to bring more tourists to the area and drive up hotel prices.
According to local sources, the Los Cabos Hotel Association’s goal is to achieve Cabo hotel occupancy rates above 70% for the month of October. If hotels are able to meet these targets, it is highly likely that the average rate per night will continue to increase. There are currently very few even mid-level hotels below the $400 average.
Can you find hotels in Los Cabos under the average of $400 per night?
Although the average rate per night in Los Cabos should remain above $400, there are, of course, accommodation options at this price. Admittedly, most options at this rate are 3 star facilities and are generally not beachfront properties. There are notable exceptions, however, these are the best 4 or even 5 star beachfront facilities located within Los Cabos that can currently be booked for less than $400 a night.
Solmar Resort in Cabo San Lucas

The resort’s private beach is very close to the famous Los Cabos arch. This resort may not be one of the newest properties in Los Cabos, and some of its amenities may reflect that. However, as stated earlier, this is one of the best located resorts in Cabo San Lucas.
Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa 5 Star Beachfront Property In Cabo San Lucas

In this particular case, it may be worth paying a little extra per night and ending up in the average price per night of $400 for an all-inclusive experience at this resort. You can book a room for two people for just under $300 a night with a non-inclusive offer. The cheapest all-inclusive package starts at around 480 per night for two people.
The resort has 5 different restaurants on site. Make the all-inclusive offer all the more attractive. Hacienda Encantada is located on a bluff overlooking the ocean.
