Hotel rates drop for Las Vegas summer 2022 market

Hotel rates in the Las Vegas Market are seeing significant drops — some by more than 50% — as listings surge for the July 24-28, 2022 shopping event. Managed by Connections Housing, the Las Vegas hotel block Market offers specially negotiated rates at 30 hotels, located in gaming and non-gaming properties from downtown to the Strip.

“The Las Vegas Market amplifies the market experience this summer with hotels that are both affordable and accessible for buyers and sellers,” said Dorothy Belshaw, Executive Vice President of International Market Centers, Chief Client Officer and marketing. “With our housing partner Connections Housing, we have negotiated lower rates to increase the return on investment for our clients.”

Discounted rates are offered at these official Las Vegas Market hotels and casinos:

  • Aria Resort & Casino: from $148 (instead of $218)
  • Bellagio Resort & Casino: from $168 (instead of $218)
  • New York New York Hotel & Casino: from $78 (instead of $148)
  • NoMad Las Vegas: from $113 ($193)
  • Park MGM Resort: from $88 (instead of $168) – $78
  • Sahara Las Vegas: from $69 (instead of $99)
  • Vdara Hotel & Spa: from $138 (instead of $208)

Specially negotiated rates are available at 30 properties in the Las Vegas market block of rooms. The advantages of booking rooms through the block include the absence of prepayment for the reservation or the signing of reservation contracts, as well as the possibility of earning hotel reward points. All partner hotels are also served by the official Las Vegas Market Shuttles which run from Saturday July 23 through Thursday July 28, 2022.

Las Vegas market participants who book through the block will be entered to earn special incentives including room upgrades or a free hotel stay. One grand prize winner will receive a free hotel room for the 2022 Summer Market and the 2023 Winter Markets, as well as airfare for two for the 2023 Winter Market.
